Payment for services is expected at the time of your appointment and may be made via cash, personal check, or credit card.

Payment for services is expected at the time of your appointment and may be made via cash, personal check, or credit card. We chose to create a client-centered model that does not allow insurance companies to dictate the care we provide. No referral or prescription is needed from a pediatrician, and no restrictions are placed on the frequency and duration of therapy sessions.

  • Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, or a cancellation fee will occur.

  • Speech therapy will occur between 1 to 3 sessions per week, each lasting 45 to 60 minutes depending on your child's needs. Before beginning therapy, we will review a treatment plan to discuss our recommendations.

  • Teletherapy enables treatment or parent coaching sessions via a secure video and audio platform. This allows for access to speech therapy remotely, replicating the interaction of an in-person session.

  • In play-based therapy, the speech therapist utilizes toys, games, and other activities to support the child’s communication through exploration and play. This approach helps the child explore, express themselves, and interact in ways that promote their speech and language development.

  • Services can be provided in the home, day care setting/ preschool, or through teletherapy.

  • Yes. Some schools and early intervention providers may have a different criterion to qualify for services.

  • The parent and speech therapist collaborate on integrating therapy techniques into daily routines and activities. This approach provides more opportunities to practice skills and strategies at home.
